June 30, 2016 - Atlanta, Georgia - The Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), a global professional organization with the mission of Driving Middle-Market Growth®, ranks Curant Health as #9 of the top 40 fastest-growing upper middle-market companies in Georgia. This year also marks Curant Health as a four time recipient of the ACG Georgia Fast 40 Award.

“The companies being honored this year exemplify ACG’s focus on driving middle-market growth and demonstrate the strength and significance of this sector in Georgia,” said Denise Boyd, ACG Atlanta chapter president.

Applicants were required to submit three years of verifiable revenue and employment growth
records, which were validated by national accounting firm and founding Diamond sponsor,
Cherry Bekaert LLP. An ACG Selection Committee evaluated each application and conducted
in-person interviews with all qualified applicants. All companies on the list are for profit,
headquartered in Georgia and reported 2015 annual revenues ranging from $15 to $500 million.

“These 40 companies represent 14,110 new jobs and $1.9 billion in revenue growth,” said James Vanke, chairman of the 2016 Georgia Fast 40 Awards and managing director at Pensionmark Retirement Group, LLC. “The lower middle-market honorees had more than a 99 percent weighted growth rate, and the upper middle-market honorees had more than a 53 percent weighted growth rate.”

ACG Atlanta presented the awards at the Georgia Fast 40 Awards Dinner and Gala on Thursday, June 23, at which more than 600 leaders in the Georgia business community were in attendance.

“We have been providing value-based healthcare services in a broken, fee-for-service world for more than a decade,” says Patrick Dunham, President and CEO, of Curant Health. “Curant Health was founded in 2000 and has grown at a light speed pace since its inception. We continue to grow because our medication management programs are proven to increase adherence, reduce readmissions and improve outcomes for the most difficult, most costly to treat chronically ill patients. We anticipate our growth will continue to accelerate.”
